Reservation Guarantee

 

Guarantee with a Credit Card

To complete a reservation with PEI Express Shuttle passengers are required to guarantee their booking.

The simplest way to do this is to provide us with a credit card to hold your seat(s). If you select this method of guarantee, we will contact you by telephone or email to get your Visa, MasterCard or Amex number from you. Please note that your credit card is NOT charged at all when you make a reservation; it is held strictly for guarantee purposes. Also, please be assured that your credit card details as with all your personal information is kept strictly confidential.

You will have the choice of paying by giving cash to the driver when you board our shuttle or you may opt to have your fare billed directly to your credit card.

Guarantee without a Credit Card

While providing a credit card at the time of booking is the easiest way to guarantee your reservation, we understand that not everyone owns or wishes to do this so there are still a number of options available to secure a reservation. These may include:

  • sending us an Email Money Transfer (as simple as paying any bill using online banking)

  • prepaying for your seat(s) in person

  • send us a Money Order by mail

  • purchasing a Prepaid Visa Card (available at most grocery, convenience & drug stores, and gas stations)

Reservation Completion

 

Before submitting this reservation request, please be advised that:

  • any change (i.e. travel dates, pick up/drop off locations, etc.) or cancellation of your reservation must be made by phone (1-877-877-1771) a minimum of  24 hours (48 hours for travel on holidays & long weekends) prior to your departure time. There is no charge for these changes if you provide notice before the deadline.

  • Failure to provide the abovementioned notice or no-show passengers will result in 100% forfeiture of the customer fare
