Reservation Info

• Reservations are highly recommended, especially in the busy summer months. Aim to reserve at least 2-3 days in advance (more if planning allows). If planning to travel over a holiday weekend, you should try to reserve at least one week in advance.
• A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. This means that if your plans change and you need to cancel your reservation, you must adhere to the cancellation deadline (please see cancel policy below). Failure to do so or failure to show up for the seat(s) reserved results in the entire fare being forfeited and billed to your credit card. Please note that credit cards are kept in strictest confidence to ensure customer privacy. Also, nothing gets charged to the credit card at the time of booking; the number is held solely for guarantee purposes. Passengers always have the option of paying by giving cash to the driver when they board our shuttle or choosing to have the fare billed to a Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
• In lieu of credit card guarantees, passengers may opt to pay a deposit to secure their reservations. Please ask us for details about how to do this.

Cancellation Policy

It is critically important that customers respect our cancellation deadline. We are a small family-run business and if passengers are unable to travel with us as planned, we must have sufficient notice to try to fill their seats.

Deadline: As a general rule, passengers must cancel at least 24 hours before they are scheduled to travel. Please note that email cancellations are not acceptable..

Holiday deadline: For travel on holidays or some extra busy weekends through the summer months, a 2-day cancellation policy may be in effect. Please take note of the cancellation deadline provided to you at the time your reservation is booked.
