Cancellation Policy
It is critically important that customers respect our cancellation
deadline. We are a small family-run business and if passengers are
unable to travel with us as planned, we must have sufficient notice
to try to fill their seats.
Deadline: As a general rule, passengers must cancel
at least 24 hours before they are scheduled to
travel. Please note that email cancellations are not acceptable..
Holiday deadline: For travel on holidays or some
extra busy weekends through the summer months, a 2-day cancellation
policy may be in effect. Please take note of the cancellation deadline
provided to you at the time your reservation is booked.
